Paul Lind
Care and Program Staff
Paul has been working in communities with adults with disabilities for much of his life, including at both Camphill and L’Arche Communities. He has been at High Spirit Community Farm since mid-2018. Paul leads Farm Crews, Hiking Crews and leads the community in the effort to produce less waste. He is a generous home cook who enjoys making granola, bread and kraut for his household and anyone else that would like some. Paul has a sweet tooth, so if you want to trade bread for sweets, you’re in luck! He is a passionate tennis fan and enjoys spending his free time at the local courts.
“I was drawn to work at High Spirit by the opportunity to put my ideals into practice while providing service that I feel is important and valuable…I appreciate that it usually doesn’t even feel like working, just simply living. And the fact that we’re a community means many people are sharing the same resources, which puts less stress on the earth.
